About Me
Because Experience Does Matter... I have over 30 years of experience as a full-time Realtor® and five previous years as an Office Manager of a successful Real Estate Team. This experience has provided me with extensive knowledge of all avenues of real estate transactions, from creative financing to investment strategies. I feel blessed to say that I love my job and helping each person, family, investor, or organization fulfill their real estate dreams. I've been a resident of Delaware County for 36 years and think central Ohio is one of the best places to live. Living and loving the area affords me first-hand knowledge of the vast growth we continue to experience daily here in Central Ohio, and I want to share it with you. My Realtor, My Friend..... I have the opportunity to meet and help all types of people through what can be an exciting time yet stressful time. Nothing gives me greater joy than assisting my clients in achieving their goals by selling their homes or helping them find a new home. No two sales are alike, some easier than others, and I've had some deals we didn't think would close. The challenges that can arise are exhilarating, and I find it extremely rewarding to make something happen for my clients that they thought could not be accomplished. Regardless of the ease or complexity of your situation, you can rely on me to give 110%. Most of my business is built upon referrals of past clients. Therefore, I take pride in exceeding my client's expectations, as my goal is to become your "Realtor for Life."
